Mode Marketing became a UK company in February 2025. The studio is new. The person running it has been doing this work for years. Here is who we are, why we started, and why being new is the opposite of a reason to worry.
Nicole Dougan built her marketing career across South Africa and Australia before founding Mode in the UK. She rebuilt sites that did not work, repaired reputations that had slipped, and launched brands for businesses operating across borders.
What she kept running into was the same thing founders tell us now. Agencies that sold the pitch and delivered the runaround. Prices you had to prise out of a proposal. Work quietly handed to someone junior after the sale. Contracts that held your own website hostage when you tried to leave.
Mode is the correction. Published prices. Fixed scope. The founder on every account. You own everything. Nicole leads every project directly, from the first conversation to final delivery.
Mode Marketing has existed as a UK company since February 2025. We do not hide that · we use it. Being new means you get the founder, not a queue. It means every project matters to us in a way it stops mattering once an agency becomes a machine. And it means we have everything to prove and no reason to coast.
We would rather tell you we are new than dress it up. Dressing it up is exactly the agency behaviour Mode exists to avoid.

Not because our clients are not happy. Because we have spent our time doing the work rather than chasing testimonials, and we have not set that part up yet.
When our clients are happy, they tell us · in emails, in messages, in the next project they send our way. As they are happy to say it in public, it will live here, in their own words, with their permission. We will not invent it, and we will not pressure anyone for it.
