Client-facing, calm under pressure, and obsessed with delivery.
You'll be the point of contact for a small number of active clients, keeping projects on track, keeping founders informed, and keeping the work moving. This isn't a relationship management role where you send update emails and book review calls. This is an execution role. You own the delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end — from onboarding through to launch and beyond
- Run project timelines, chase deliverables, and make sure nothing slips
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs for designers, copywriters and developers
- Lead client communications — updates, feedback loops, reviews — with zero fluff
- Spot problems before they become problems. Escalate fast, solve faster.
- Keep internal teams aligned without creating unnecessary process
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts — upsells, additional services, extended engagements
What we're looking for
- Experience managing client relationships in a marketing or agency setting
- Comfortable discussing brand, web and media campaigns with confidence
- Strong written communication — no fluff, no filler, no 12-paragraph emails
- Organised without being bureaucratic. You use systems, not spreadsheets held together with hope.
- You understand the difference between being busy and being productive
- Bonus: experience with project tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
This role is for you if
- Clients trust you. Teams rely on you. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- You can hold a founder-level conversation about brand, positioning and growth
- You'd rather fix the problem yourself than escalate it to someone else
- You're the person who remembers the detail everyone else forgot
- You want to work somewhere that values output over hours
This role isn't for you if
- You think account management is sending status updates and scheduling calls
- You need detailed SOPs for every task
- You struggle to push back on clients when it's the right thing to do
- You want a big team around you. We're small. You'll feel it.
