Fixed. The price you see on the packages page is the price you pay. If you want to add something outside the original scope, we'll quote it separately before touching it. No surprise invoices.
Yes. We work with founders across the UK. Most of our work is done remotely. If you're London-based and want to meet in person, we can arrange that too.

We'll send a short onboarding questionnaire once the deposit is confirmed. It covers your business, your audience, your competitors and your goals. It takes about 20 minutes to complete. That's all we need to get started.
Brand Launch: 5–7 working days. Website Launch: 10–14 working days. Timelines start from the date your onboarding questionnaire is returned and your deposit is cleared. Not from when you book.
Each package includes a defined round of revisions, detailed in the scope. We don't do unlimited rounds because it slows everything down and usually produces worse outcomes. We ask for consolidated, clear feedback and we move fast on it.
We share work via a staging link or review document. You give feedback in writing. We don't run meetings to present work. You see it, you review it, you tell us what needs to change. That keeps things fast.
The timeline pauses. We work with multiple clients simultaneously and can't hold a project slot open indefinitely. If a project goes quiet for more than 14 days without contact, we'll reschedule it to the next available slot.
Yes. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery for all project packages. To use the instalment structure, contact us directly at hello@modemarketing.ai rather than using the online checkout, which takes full payment upfront.
Card payment via our secure checkout for project packages. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month. Bank transfer is available on request for larger engagements.
No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current rate (20%) will be added at checkout or on invoice. If your business is VAT-registered, this is fully reclaimable.
At the start of each calendar month, due within 7 days. Work for that month begins once payment is confirmed.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before any work begins, we'll refund in full. For retainers, you can stop at the end of any month after the minimum term. No partial month refunds.
Mode is a small, senior team. You won't be handed to a junior once the contract is signed. The people you speak to at the start are the people doing the work.
Email and a shared project thread. We don't use Slack, Teams or WhatsApp for client work. It fragments communication and slows things down. Everything in one place means nothing gets lost.
Tell us directly and specifically. We'll work through it. We don't get defensive, but we do push back if we think a direction is wrong for your business. Our job is to get the outcome right, not just to do what we're told.
Yes. Happy to sign a mutual NDA before any sensitive information is shared. Send it over and we'll turn it around within 24 hours.
Unless you specifically ask us not to, yes. We may feature completed work in our portfolio and case studies. We'll always let you know before publishing anything. If you'd prefer to stay off the record, just say so.
Website Launch includes 30 days of post-launch support for bugs and technical issues. Brand Launch includes 14 days. After that, support is available as part of a retainer or scoped separately.
