The AI Build Sprint delivers one automation per month, built sequentially. It's right for founders who want to start with their highest-priority automation and build steadily from there. The AI Systems Partner runs two to three builds per month simultaneously, includes architecture direction across all functions, and covers the full AI transformation engagement. If you have three or more clear automation priorities and want them built this quarter, the Systems Partner is the faster path.
It's strongly recommended, not mandatory. The Pre-flight maps your full business system and establishes the right build sequence — so the first sprint targets the automation with the highest ROI rather than the most obvious one. If you already know exactly what you need to automate, we can start directly with the Build Sprint and run a condensed mapping session in week one. The Pre-flight fee (£995) is credited in full toward the Build Sprint if you proceed within 90 days, so the net cost is zero.
